Description : Here we have a super rare vintage fight poster from Barney Eastwood promotions from Tuesday, October 5th 1982 at the Ulster Hall, Belfast, Northern Ireland, for the Irish bantamweight title & vacant BBBofC Northern Ireland Area bantamweight title. Featuring Britain's number 1 ranked bantamweight contender Davie Larmour pitted against Britain's number 2 ranked bantamweight contender Hugh 'Little Red' Russell for the right to challenge for John Feeney's British bantamweight crown. This contest was settled by decision over 12x3's by the referee: Mike Jacobs 117-116 in favor of Hugh Russell. This is the only poster I've ever seen from this fight, not many produced & even less still in one piece.
