Reigning & defending belt holder Carl Frampton had little trouble disposing of his Canadian challenger & former 2 time IBF super bantamweight boss Steve Molitor, defeating his challenger by TKO at 2.21 of round number six (6). Molitor was put down in round 6. Although he beats the count, a subsequent flurry by Frampton convinces the referee to call a halt to the bout.
