Description : Here we have an original frank warren promotions poster for the WBO/IBF featherweight title bout held at the Nynex Arena, Manchester, England on 3rd May 1997.

Hamed's first defence of both the WBO & IBF titles was a 1st round KO of veteran British boxer and European champion Billy Hardy. Before the bout Hamed had correctly predicted he would win in round 1. Hardy had said that Naz 'Might enter the ring on a chariot, but he would leave on a stretcher', Hardy was stopped after 93 seconds and would have been better off just lying on the floor as soon as the bell went for the start of the first round, well it would have been less painfull for him.
